There is a lot of chat about varying the weight and the volume, you just have to remove all the variables unless you won't know where you are at, we followed the workshop manual - Fill with new oil Silkolene 10w > add 525ml per leg, extract oil so it is at a height of 145mm, so about 50ml, set preload to middle.
